Diagnosis You have selected several document items forbackorder processing>. None of the itemscould be processed, however, as the related documents have already beenprocessed by other users. It may also be that some of the items arefixed with regard to date or quantity and therefore cannot be selectedfor backorder processing.System Response The system returns you to the initial list. Procedure First, check whether there is a fix on the selected items. Thisinformation is contained in the initial list. If you would still liketo process the fixed items, branch out of the document processing listinto the schedule line overview and cancel the fix there. Then check whether the documents you have selected are blocked. You canfind the list for lock entries in the administration> system menuunder the path Monitor --> Lock entries>. Use the table nameVBAK> and select the client in which you are working as selectionparameter. All other fields must remain empty. Please keep in mind thatthe lock situation may have changed in the meantime. |
