Diagnosis You want to assign a customer, who is not recognized by the system forone of the following reasons:
- You have not entered a sales area.
- No master record has been created for this customer.
- No master record has been created for this customer in this sales area.
System Response The system cannot assign the customer. Procedure If you still want to assign the customer anyway, choose one of thefollowing solutions:
- Enter a valid sales area.
- Create a master record for the customer.
- Maintain the sales area data in the customer master record.
You can go from the screen Maintain customer hierarchy > tocustomer master record maintenance. Choose also Environment ->Customer -> Create >or -> Change.>
