The characteristic is defined as restrictable, or allows additionalvalues and has values with defaults at the same time.

System Response
The assignment of default values for restrictable characteristics is notsupported in the IPC.
The assignment of default values for characteristics with additionalvalues allowed is supported with SAP Note 588174.
