SAP Message VSCE452 - BOM item &2 in &1: object type not supported

Diagnosis
The bill of material item specified has an object type which the IPCdoes not recognize.
In the IPC you can only process bill of material items with thefollowing object types:

  • Material

  • Class

    • System Response
    The item is not copied into the knowledge base.

    Procedure
    Check whether you can configure the bill of material meaningfullywithout the item specified.
