Diagnosis
While generating the SCE knowledge base runtime version, the systemfound a numeric characteristic with an invalid global value range.
The error is typically due to the fact that there are overlappingintervals in the value range.
For example: 10 - 50 and 10 - 100

System Response
Generation of the knowledge base is canceled.

Procedure
Check the value range for the characteristic specified. Change the valuerange so that there are no overlapping intervals, and generate the SCEknowledge base runtime version again.
In the example above, the value range can be defined as a simpleinterval 10 - 100.
