This characteristic is, however, assigned to another object of theknowlege base.

System Response
If the invalid derivation is processed, this can lead to runtime error'exc_not_found' in the IPC configurator engine.

Procedure
Check if the derivation for the specified characteristic is reallyrequired here. If so, assign the characteristic to the target object orone of its superclasses.
