Repeat the scan request after an appropriate wait time. If the situationdoes not imporove, or the problem occurs repeatedly, inform your systemadministrator.

Procedure for System Administration
Check the availability of the virus scan server. You may have to adjustthe number of virus scan servers to the workload situation in yoursystem.
Note that the load balacning only selects local virus scan servers forthe entry "Scan a File on the Application Server".
