Diagnosis
New fields have been added to the SD status tables that contain ablocking status (delivery, blocking or user status).
The new reports SDLIEFSPE and SDFAKSPE evaluate the new blocking statusfields.
To update thesse fields for documents (sales orders) already availablein the system, you should run selection program SDSPESTA before runningthe SDLIEFSPE and SDFAKSPE reports for the first time.
You do not have to this if you have just installed the SAP system.

Procedure for System Administration
Note the following:
When you install reports SDFAKSPE and SDLIEFSPE for the first time, runselection report SDSPESTA for all documents (sales orders) that arealready available in the system.
If there are too many documents in the system, do not run the selectionreport SDSPESTA for all documents at once but divide up the documentsand run the report for each quantity in the background.
If you do not want to run report SDSPESTA for the existing documentsright now, you can display the blocked documents in the system withreports RVAUFSPE and RVSPERAU, valid until Release 4.5A.
