Diagnosis
While locking the deliveries for creating picking waves from the locallock container, a system error or an unforeseen error has occurred.
It is possible that there is a problem with the locl server.

System Response
It is not possible to create picking waves.

Procedure
You have two options:
Try again later to create picking waves.
Please inform your system administrator.
