Diagnosis
When constructing the index tables fordeliveries, the system found data inconsistencies. The previousmatchcode tables contained &V2& entries for which no more deliveriesexist in the system. These inconsistencies could not be completelyremoved by the conversion program.

• The index table can contain superfluous entries for which no deliveries
exist. In productive systems, this means that non-existent deliveriesappear in worklists and search helps.

• Entries can be missing from the index tables. Subsequently, deliveries
are missing from worklists and search helps, even though they shouldappear.

Since the error is not serious, the conversion program was continuedand ended as normal.

Procedure for System Administration
SAP recommends analyzing and cleaning up any index tables in theaffected clients before you include them in a productive system. To dothis, run programRLE_SHP_IDX_TABLE_MAINTAIN.Before you run this program, read the relevantdocumentation.
