In Customizing for delivery item categories, the level of automationfor processing the proof of delivery (POD) is not set.

System Response
Proof of delivery cannot be executed without this setting.

Procedure
The following settings should be made in Customizing for the deliveryitem categories for inbound deliveries:
If the item category is relevant to the POD, one of the threealternatives must be defined for the POD level of automation in theview 'Maintain POD Relevance':
V = fully automatic POD processing
T = partially automatic POD processing
M = manual POD processing
