Diagnosis
You enter a quantity in the delivery item that differs from thedelivery quantity. The program tries to find a default reason for theproof of delivery. However, this reason is not defined in Customizing.

System Response
The quantities that differ cannot be entered without being specified inCustomizing.

Procedure
Specify both a default reason for underdelivery and for overdelivery inCustomizing.

Procedure for System Administration
In Customizing select the activity DefineReasons for Quantity Differences and specify a reasonfor variance in POD for both overdeliveries and for underdeliveriesin the view 'Reason for Variance in POD' and select this as thedefault reason.
