Number of error messages due to non-availability
For all materials, the system counts how often error message VL150 isissued. This error message is issued when the material of the quantitythat has been confirmed in the order is not available during deliverycreation.

Causes
1. Availability checking rule in the order is not as comprehensive asin the delivery (e.g. with purchase requisitions in the order, nopurchase requisitions in the delivery)
2. Regarding the material, there are orders in which no requirementsare transmitted. If these orders are delivered, they may take awayconfirmed quantities from other orders under certain circumstances.
3. In Materials Management, withdrawals have taken place (e.g.scrapping, inventory difference...)

Procedure
1. Check which reasons apply and, if necessary, correct it.
2. Rescheduling, if necessary (only if 'Quantity/Date' is not fixed inthe order). Note during rescheduling that the program is a long-runningtransaction and should only be carried out as a background job.
