Diagnosis
Customer &V1& cannot be supplied by plant &V2& in sales area &V3&.
This error can have the following causes:

• Sales area &V3& (sales organization /distribution channel /division) is
not a valid sales area.

• Plant &V2& is not assigned to sales area &V3&.


• No master data has been maintained for customer &V1& in sales area &V3&.

Procedure for System Administration
Check and, if necessary, correct the following Customizing data / masterdata:


• Make sure that the sales area is defined
in Customizing.

• Check the assignment of the plant to the
sales organization and distribution channel in Customizing.

• Maintain the sales area data of the customer in the
customer master.
