Diagnosis
You try to cancel goods movement for a delivery. However, goodsmovement has either not been posted for the delivery specified or hasbeen posted and already cancelled.

Procedure
1. Check in the document flow for the delivery whether a material
document or a cancellation document exists for goods movement.
2. In the "Change delivery" screen, select "Header - General header
data": The goods movement status of the delivery should be set to
"C".
