SAP Message VL574 - Are itinerary and route compatible?

Diagnosis
You should keep the following in mind when you maintain itineraries:

  • An itinerary is part of the geography of a route, meaning that it is
  • important to maintain such itineraries for various route schedulesalong the same route in the same way. Otherwise, logicalinconsistencies could result, for instance, the times for the samepoints of the route could be different in each route schedule.
    • The route's transit time should be a little longer than the specific
    • transit time to the last ship-to party (or ship-toparty/unloading point) in the itinerary. Otherwise, the schedulingprocess during delivery creation from preceding documents can result indates that are too far in the future.

      System Response
      Maintenance is possible after confirmation.
