Diagnosis
You have attempted to enter an allocation with a fixed period for aship-to party / unloading point without taking into account that nogenerally valid allocation to the ship-to party / unloading pointexists.

Procedure
First enter a generally valid allocation (that is, year/ period empty)by removing the entries for year and period in the respectiveallocation. If your allocations do not contain any errors after this,you can enter the required allocation with a fixed period in a newline.
