Diagnosis
Change management should be deactivated for this delivery. However, thedelivery contains deleted items or is to be deleted completely. Thisfunction is not possible for temporarily deactivated change management.

System Response
The system does not allow you to save the delivery and so does notallow deletion of the items or document.

Procedure
Do not delete the items or delivery until such times as changemanagement is available again.
