already exists for item &V1&. If you delete the item, it will bevery difficult to reconstruct the business operation which leads tocreation of the billing document and the relevantcancellation document

System Response
Depending on the system settings, the system does not allow deletion ofthe item or issues a warning.

Procedure
If the system issues a warning, it is possible to delete the item.
If it is not possible to delete the item or you do not want to, you canset the delivery quantity of the item to 0 to deactivate the item.
