Diagnosis
Either the connection to the central system with logical system nameV1 could not be made, or the system administrator has deactivatedchange management in the decentralized system.

System Response
Changes that you make in the decentralized system cannot becommunicated to the central system.
If you make changes that would normally be synchronized with thecentral system (for example changes to the delivery quantity),depending on the Customizing settings, you cannot save the delivery orchange management is deactivated for the delivery.

Procedure
Inform the system administrator.

Procedure for System Administration
Check the RFC system connection to &V1&.
In Customizing, you can specify how thedecentralized system (WMS) is to react to the loss of connection.
You cannot temporarily deactivate change management in this systemusing transaction LECMOFF so that in future, thecentral system is no longer called and the RFC wait no longer apply.
