SAP Message VL480 - The partner system is currently not available. Simulation is not possible

Diagnosis
The simulation could not be performed, because the partner system iscurrently not available or you have temporarily deactivated changemanagement.

System Response

  • If you process the delivery in the central system, you cannot save your
    • changes as long as the decentralized system is not available.
    • If you process the delivery in the decentralized WMS and the central
      • system is not available, the system behavior at save depends on therelevant Customizing settings.

      Procedure
      Inform your system administrator about the system availability.Partnersystems.
      If you process the delivery in the decentralized system, you cancontinue processing up until you save the delivery.

      Procedure for System Administration
      You can set the system behavior in Customizing for the situation wherethe central system is not available. For more information, see theImplementation Guide (IMG) under Logistics Execution -->Decentralized WMS Integration --> Local Operations -->Application --> Controlling ChangeManagement for Deliveries.
