System Response
In the standard system, the route can be determined automaticallyaccording to settings in Customizing. The following parameters aretaken into consideration during route determination for deliveries:

• Country of origin (country that is shipping the goods)


• Departure zone


• Shipping conditions


• Transportation group


• Transportation zone to
which the delivery is being shipped

• Weight group

When the route is redetermined, the system also deletes theroute schedule, sincethere is no guarantee that the new route and the previous routeschedule will be consistent.
If you have defined in the delivery type that shipping dates are to beredetermined when the route schedule is redetermined, the systemdetermines a new delivery schedule for the delivery.

Procedure
If necessary, check the shipment's details screen to make sure that theredetermined route is correct and that the right route schedule isassigned to the delivery.
