SAP Message VL464 - The route could not be determined

Diagnosis
Automatic route determination could not be carried out.

Procedure
Enter the desired route manually, if required.
To enable route determination to becarried out automatically, check the following factors:

  • delivering country

  • departure zone

  • shipping condition

  • transport group

  • receiving country

  • transport zone delivered to

  • weight group of the delivery

    • Maintain route determination for these factors.
