Texts cannot be processed without the text determination procedure.

If you require the text maintenance function, inform your systemadministrator, so that the corresponding settings can be made inCustomizing.

Procedure for System Administration
To maintain header texts in the delivery, a text determinationprocedure must be assigned to the delivery type. Assign a textprocedure to the delivery item category, if you want to maintain textsat item level in the delivery.
