Diagnosis
There is an inconsistency in the internal expression of a quantity.
Quantities are normally recorded in the database in packed format, butinternal invoices figured to a high degree of accuracy are handled infloat data format.
During conversion (rounding) into packed format, every expression infloat must always yield a value equal to the one found in the packedvalue.
This can no longer be guaranteed in this case. Value &v1& results inV2 after conversion, rather than the required v3.
