The 'Available Capacity Consumed' represents percentage of currentlyattainable physical processor resources the virtual system is consuming.

On IBM Power Systems, the available capacity consumed of a SharedProcessor LPAR represents percentage of the amount of currentlyattainable physical processor resources the SPLPAR is consuming.
