SAP Message VB731 - Document &1 is not available in the archiving information system


There can be many reasons for this:
  • The active available information structures do not contain the field
    • VBELN as a key field.
    • The active available information structures do not contain the fields
      • ARCHIVEKEY or ARCHIVEOFS.
      • The available information structure are not active.
