Diagnosis
You have tried to delete or reject an item that is linked to a serviceorder. This is possible but should really only be done in agreementwith the plant maintenance department.

Procedure
Find out from the plant maintenance department whether this serviceorder should be blocked. If this is the case, confirm the deletion.Otherwise, cancel the operation.
