Diagnosis
The release date is at least one year older than that of the date thatfigures are set to zero on in the release header. Normally the customermust have already sent a date that figures are set to zero on but thisis not the case here.

System Response
When determining the fiscal and incomplete previous year the date thatfigures are set to zero on is not taken into account. The system willonly use the cumulative quantity received by the customer that thecustomer has sent.

Procedure
Check why the customer has not sent a new date for figures to be set tozero on and if necessary, agree with the customer to maintain itmanually.
If the customer does not send a date that figures are set to zero on infuture, delete it from the release.
