Diagnosis
One of the followings error occurred on calling up the telephoneinterface:
1. The telephone system has not been / or has been incorrectly connectedto the SAP system.
2. This work station has not been mapped to the telephone system.
3. This work station does not support outgoing calls.
4. Error in the telephone system software.
5. Communication error between the SAP system and the telephone system.
6. User is registered at several terminals so a unique mapping to onetelephone cannot be determined.

Procedure
Please inform your system administrator whether telephone support hasbeen set up for your work station.
