SAP Message V3043 - You cannot delete this data as follow-up activities exist

Diagnosis You can only delete the document if no follow-up actions are defined.However, follow-up actions exist for this document. System Response The system does not allow you to delete the document. Procedure Check whether you can delete the follow-up actions. If so, delete theseactions first of all and then try to delete the document.
