Diagnosis
The sales support document is not complete and you cannot save it dueto the settings in Customizing.
Note that there are functions (for example, 'Send object') which causethe system to save the document automatically. If this is the case inyour system, the settings in Customizing for the document type areinconsistent.

Procedure
If necessary, change the settings in Customizing accordingly so thatthe settings for the Dialog message for incompletion and FCExclude indicators are consistent.
