Diagnosis
The data of the archived document could not be read from the archive.
This could be due to one of the following reasons:

• No suitable information structures were defined for the archiving
object.

• No suitable information structures were activated for the archiving
object.

• The archived document is not readable via information structures.


• The document is not in the archive.

Procedure
Use the description of the SAP data archiving concept to define thesteps. In doing so, answer the following questions:


• Are there any information structures?


• Do these information structures contain the correct fields?


• Are the information structures activated?
