Diagnosis
The subitems of an item have to be positioned directly after therespective main item. In this case, the item is &V1&. No other mainitem may stand in between.

Procedure
If you want an item to be the subitem of another higher placed item,you have to assign an item number that is lower than the number of thefollowing main item.
