Diagnosis
For the transaction you are processing, more than one delivery grouphas been defined. Since you have agreed on a complete delivery withyour customer (you can find this indicator on the 'Header - BusinessData' screen in the 'Shipping' section or on the 'Overview - Deliverygroups' screen), all items are automatically combined in one deliverygroup.

System Response
When all items are combined for a complete delivery, all deliverygroups are set to 0. You receive a system message informing you ofthis.
