Diagnosis
Table TVAP is configured so that the system automatically tries to callthe SAP configurator locally. This has not been installed, however.

Procedure
Change the field content of the field structure scope from 'C' to 'D'for item category TAC in table TVAP.
If necessary, maintain the field contents of the field configurationstrategy with '01'.
