There is already a question, question row, or answer column with IDV1. however, the id must be unique within the questionnaire.

System Response
The value for the question ID, question rows, or answer columns isreset.

Procedure
Within a questionnaire, use IDs which are unique over all questions,question rows, and answer columns.
