Diagnosis
The deletion operation was not executed correctly, as some tables couldnot be locked.

Procedure
Confirm that no other users work in the system duringarchiving/deletion, then repeat the operation. The data unable to bedeleted was saved provisionally. The deletion attempt is repeated.
