Diagnosis
Either no step is defined for workflow &V1& or no processor is assignedto change request type &V2&.

Procedure for System Administration
Check 1:
If workflow template WS60800086 is assigned to change request type &V2&,go to Customizing for Master Data Governance under GeneralSettings -> Process Modeling -> Workflow ->
Rule-Based Workflow -> Define Steps for Rule-Based Workflowand check whether the workflow steps are defined.
If a different workflow template is assigned, go to Customizing for
Master Data Governance under General Settings -> ProcessModeling -> Workflow -> Other MDG Workflows ->
Define Workflow Step Numbers and check whether the step numbers aredefined for Workflow &V1&.
Check 2:
When using the Customizing activity Assign Processor to WorkflowStep Number (Simple Workflow) for assigning the processor, checkwhether a processor is assigned to change request type &V2&.
