Diagnosis Entities can only be changed within exactly one change request.Entity &V2& of entity type &V1& is already in change request &V3&.Therefore, you cannot create an additional change request for theentity. Procedure Notify the processor of change request &V3& so that that processorcompletes his or her changes and you can make your changes afterward.
