SAP Message USMD2280 - Change request type &1 cannot be used to process entity type &2

Diagnosis Change request type &V1& only permits the processing of specific entitytypes. Entity type &V2& is not one of these, therefore you cannot usechange request type &V1& to edit it. Procedure Choose a change request type that allows the processing of entity typeV2.
