Diagnosis
You want to use drag and drop to move a hierarchy entry underneath thelast entry in the hierarchy. This is not possible because the system isnot sure on which hierarchy level the hierarchy entry is to be inserted.

Procedure
To insert the hierarchy entry underneath the last entry in thehierarchy, choose the functions Cut and either Paste orPaste at Lower Level.
