Diagnosis
It is not possible to process these hierarchy relationships in singleprocessing. Here are two of the possible reasons:

• At least one higher-level node in one of the hierarchy relationships is
in a change request that is not assigned to you or that does not allowobject changes.

• No unique change request can be determined for at least one higher-level
node.

Procedure
Process the hierarchy relationships using collective processing.
