SAP Message USMD2211 - Cannot delete entity &2 (entity type &1); still contained in hierarchy

Diagnosis Entity &V2& of entity type &V1& cannot be deleted because entity &V2& isstill in the hierarchy of entity type &V3&. Procedure First remove all the places where entity &V2& of entity type &V1& is inthe hierarchy of entity type &V3&. You can then delete the entity.
