Diagnosis
The system cannot determine a change request for the higher-levelhierarchy node &V2& of type &V1& because lower-level nodes of node &V2&are in turn higher-level hierarchy nodes in various change requests. Itis therefore not possible for you to include node &V2& in a changerequest.

Procedure
Remove the higher-level hierarchy node &V2& of type &V1& from the changerequest.
