SAP Message USMD2170 - The status of change request &1 does not allow for object changes

Diagnosis Change request &V1& has a status that does not allow objects to beprocessed. You therefore cannot add any objects to this change request. Procedure Either contact the people who are processing change request &V1&, orchoose a different change request that allows objects to be processed.
