Diagnosis
You must include entities that you process in the Master DataGovernance (CA-MDG) component in a change request. However, sincethere is no change request for changing entity type &V1& assigned toyou, you cannot make any changes.

A change request is needed for creating or changing the entities.

See that the responsible persons create and approve a change request forchanging entity type &V1&.
