Diagnosis
Your user master record does not contain a standard data model. A numberof applications of Master Data Governance (MDG) require this informationbefore they can be started.

Procedure
Use the Change Model pushbutton to choose an appropriate standarddata model. Alternatively, you can have an appropriate standard datamodel entered in your user master record.
You might have to regenerate your data model.
