Diagnosis
You have assigned a Scenario and a UI Configuration to thechange request type &V1& for the entity type &V2&. This is not possible.
If the change request type &V1& for creating form-based change requestsis to be used, assign it a scenario (and not a UI configuration).
However, if the change request type &V1& is to be used to create changerequests that are based on a UI configuration, you can assign it a UIconfiguration (in this case, you must not assign a scenario).
Note
If the change request type &V1& is to be used to create change requeststhat are based on a UI configuration and you do not assign it a UIconfiguration, the UI configuration defined in the roles or userparameters is used.

Procedure
In the change request type &V1& for the entity type &V2&, ensure thateither a scenario, a UI configuration, or neither of the two isassigned.
