SAP Message USC621 - Data for the contact person are missing; contact is not assigned

Diagnosis The sender of the contact has the contact person &v2& (&v1&). However,no SAP user name is assigned to this contact person for the currentsystem and client. System Response No processor is assigned to the contact. For this reason, the contactappears in the general inbox. Procedure Maintain an address of type RML with the corresponding logon name inthe communication data for contact person &2& (&v1&) in the currentsystem and client.
